GENESYS™ 10S UV-Vis Spectrophotometer - ช่างเข้ามาทำ PM เลยมาสังเกตการณ์ ตัวเครื่องภายในดูบ้าง (now, we have time to observe the components inside the UV-VIS during the PM) - ถ้าดูตัวอะไหล่ข้างในจะเห็นได้ว่า มันต้องวาง position ที่เหมาะสม ไม่งั้นแล้ว light source มันเลื่อน และไม่ผ่าน sample และ detector - ดังนั้นการขนย้าย ไม่แนะนำให้วางแล้วเข็นผ่านพื้นที่มีร่อง หรือเข็นแล้วมีการกระเทือน ควรจะใช้วิธีการยก หรือใช้วิธีเคลื่อนย้ายแบบใดก็ได้ ที่ไม่มีการกระเทือนต่อ position ของตัวอะไหล่ข้างในที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบแสง (As you can see, each componants have to be well-aligned, it is recommended by the instrument tecnician that if the instrument is required to relocate - we need to lift the UV-VIS, rather than put it in the cart and push it through the non-smooth floor). We have observed dim images in the top-left corner of the screen, which occurs in both fluorescence and bright-field imaging (see below image).  We believe that the antiglare screen's misalignment with the light path is causing the obstruction. This issue, which might arise when users remove or insert slides into the sample holder, has been brought to their attention.
