How to properly use antiglare screen to prevent obstruction of the light path

We have observed dim images in the top-left corner of the screen, which occurs in both fluorescence and bright-field imaging (see below image). 








We believe that the antiglare screen's misalignment with the light path is causing the obstruction. This issue, which might arise when users remove or insert slides into the sample holder, has been brought to their attention.
