AI ที่จะนำมาใช้ในการ dianostic/therapeutic ต้องทำอย่างระมัดระวัง Garbage in Garbage Out ถ้า traning data ไม่ดี ก็ทำให้การทำนายหรือการอธิบาย มีโอกาสคลาดเคลื่อน และเพิ่มความเสี่ยงต่อผู้ป่วย 3. การเขียน Ethics ควรจะต้อง declare ให้ชัดเจน ว่าข้อมูลเอามาจากไหน สร้างโมเดลยังไง และโมเดลมีประสิทธิภาพมากน้อยแค่ไหน applicability domain ได้มากน้อยขนาดไหน risk vs benefit เป็นอย่างไรบ้าง

  In the letter inform that the head of unit/department/PI should conduct the training on how to write up the ethics properly. -- however, my personal perspective - it is also the ethics committees duties to launch related educational video records on how to write up the ethic proposal properly, and also given us the examples of bad proposals during the online training. A person who can be the ethic committees meaning that they all are expert on the rules, thus they should be able to provide the information precisely. I hope the website should be improved as well as more easily accessed educational materials should be provided.
